About me

Hello! I’m Gale Brunault

When human beings experience trauma or loss, it is not uncommon for their world to unravel. As a bereaved parent I understand how intense the journey can be. Let me help you adjust to life after a loss by working through the feelings, thoughts and memories associated with your loss.

Everyone has a basic human right to live a violence free existence. With over 20 years of experience in the field of domestic violence, I can guide and work with you through the many complex issues that arise. Allow me to help you re-invent a renewed and purposeful existence.

Treatment Approach

My Methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Motivational Interviewing
Cognitive-behavioral therapy stresses the role of thinking in how we feel and what we do.
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a method of therapy that works to engage the motivation of clients to change their behavior.
Person-centered therapy uses a non-authoritative approach that allows clients to take more of a lead in discussions.
